This week's theme will be Kings and Queens and the letter Q. We will read about a prince who becomes a king, and a king who needs to get out of the bathtub so that he can rule his country. We will also read about Rapunzel, and some satire books about kings and queens. We will answer open-ended sentences, work on the letter Q and number recognition. We will work on the sequence you need to learn in order to watercolor successfully and also work on some fine motor activities. Believe it or not, cutting and glueing strengthens their hands so that they will be strong enough for handwriting next year in kindergarten.

Important Information About Book Orders: When book orders are sent home there is a due date attached for the order. If your order and money are not turned in by the due date, your books will not be ordered.
Our letter is Qq, our number is 10 and we will review all of our previous letters and numbers, colors and shapes.
